OVERVIEW
IMHO, this is really the minimum any performance or enthusiast cyclist should consider for their trusted ride. Think of it as a dry overhaul as this service does everything in an overhaul except for the heavy cleaning and regreasing. It is a detailed assembly process that few bicycle stores perform on a regular basis and even fewer have mastered. For the value-minded, there are no shortcuts. Comparing to the flagship Race Assembly service, the major differences are the bearing surface preparations (no facing or thread chasing of bottom bracket, no facing/reaming head tube), only a partial disassembly of the bike, and limited grease and lube applications. However, the same level of scrutiny and detail applies to the serviced areas. You will receive a report on the bicycle as well. This process can take up to three hours to complete.
